After construction, we’ll make traditional grape wines as well as unique custom beverages like our Amazing Blue Agave and our flagship, Lutapaj Manzanita Cider®—an all-natural beverage made with no pesticides and zero irrigation water. Delicious and local, crafted for sustainability here in Southern California.
Our sister company and grower partner is Horsethief Canyon Vineyards — the commercial farm that provides the grapes, manzanita, and blue agave for our beverages.
Note: Horsethief Canyon Vineyards is a commercial farm and is not open for public tours or tastings at this time. After Lutapaj opens, our plan is to open at the farm.
